The challenge
Onboarding a new client meant collecting a large, complicated set of information — the kind of process that, done by hand, sprawls across documents, emails, and checklists. Nothing was structured, so every onboarding took longer than it should have and the data that came out the other side was inconsistent.
Because this is a public-safety company, the work also came with real constraints: the system had to live inside their environment and follow their security and IT practices — not ours.
What we built
We built a dedicated onboarding tool that turns a sprawling intake process into a structured, guided flow. Instead of chasing information across scattered files, the process collects exactly what's needed, in the right shape, the first time — speeding up onboarding while making the resulting data consistent and usable.
Built to their security standards
Rather than asking them to bend to our hosting, we deployed the application inside their own Microsoft Azure Government environment, configured to their security and IT practices. The tool meets the organization where it already is, under the controls they already trust.
Why it matters
Complex onboarding is exactly the kind of process that custom software is built for — and security-sensitive organizations shouldn't have to choose between a tool that fits their workflow and a deployment that fits their compliance posture. Here they got both: software shaped around how they actually onboard, running where their security team needs it to run.
