The challenge
Jeff Davis runs a university program where scheduling is genuinely hard: faculty availability, student needs, and program requirements all have to line up, and the conflicts between them are exactly the kind of thing that's painful to resolve by hand. Coordinating it across spreadsheets and back-and-forth email is slow and error-prone.
What we built
We built a scheduling-coordination tool focused on the program's real problem — catching and resolving the conflicts between faculty and student schedules. Instead of discovering clashes the hard way, the program gets one place to coordinate schedules and surface conflicts up front.
Why it matters
Scheduling for an academic program isn't a generic calendar problem — it's shaped by how that specific program works. A custom tool can model those rules and conflicts directly, which is what turns scheduling from a recurring fire drill into a coordinated process.
