The brief
Aaron came to us to build a field service management system — software to coordinate the work that happens out in the field rather than at a desk. Field service is its own world: jobs, technicians, and on-site work that has to be tracked and coordinated, and generic tools rarely fit a specific operation cleanly.
What we built
We built a field service management system tailored to how the business runs its field work, giving it a custom system to coordinate field operations instead of forcing the business into an off-the-shelf product built for someone else.
Why it matters
Field service operations are full of details specific to the business — the way jobs flow, the way the field connects back to the office. Building the system around those details, rather than working around a generic product's assumptions, is what makes software like this actually get used.
