Bold Control needed more than a prettier spreadsheet. We designed a central system where the team can add and assign projects, track inspections and fund-control work, find every project connected to a client, and report across current and historical jobs. We also structured cost-review data so decades of estimating knowledge can become searchable and reusable.
The important change is operational: project information is no longer trapped in a workbook or in one person's memory. The team can see the work, understand its status, and use the history to answer new questions quickly.
